After spending many time for doing video call with Samsung Galaxy Y, I finally found a great tool for video calling between Mobile to Mobile and Mobile to PC using only internet connection. This piece of software is available for windows, Android ,iPhone.This works not only in Galaxy Y, also in any android phone.
Though Samsung Galaxy Y does not have any front camera and no built in video calling function,but you can perform video and voice calling over internet connection by using a software called Tango. It works over internet connection. If you use 3G / 4G / WiFi, it works far better than EDGE or GPRS connection. Follow the method stated below.
All u need to install tango in your android mobile. Do a search in android market. If you want to install in PC ,it also has windows version.
PROCEDURE :
1. Download Tango
2. Register the software with mail id or phone number.
3. And you will see the below screen. Add your friends,family in contacts.
And there u go. Enjoy free video calls only paying the internet charges.
Turn your non video calling android phone into a video calling device.
U also can send video message using this software if the person u are calling is not available.

thanks for ur comment, ya i have gone thorugn ur link bt i thnk u can use alternative of skype for voice calling in galaxy y, and the alternative is viber. I have not tweaked with skype, bt if u want voice call then u may use viber for this
